  8. standard SouthWare Accounts Receivable module. By entering collection call
  9. information, you can track customer commitments and schedule follow-up calls.
  10. With completely interfaced Accounts Receivable and Invoicing, you can review
  11. customers' open balance, and display original invoice detail and former
  12. payments. The Collection Adapter ages open items, does credit limit checking,
  13. and provides an option to reprint sales invoices to replace lost copies.
